Our experience was deeply disappointing. The air conditioning was centralized and ineffective during our hot stay, leaving us uncomfortable two nights in a row. The overnight staff was unfriendly and offered no solutions to our A/C problems. We expected better given the price we paid.

We had an amazing group trip! The hotel was in a fantastic spot, making it easy to explore local shops and the vibrant nightlife. We visited a couple of nearby restaurants that were delicious. I recommend checking out the buffet breakfast. it was a solid start to our day. The staff were friendly and always ready to help.

Unfortunately, the hot water was inconsistent, which was a bit frustrating during our stay.

Location is central

It was just a suitable option for a city break in Buenos Aires with value for money. The view from our junior suite was fantastic, overlooking the Palais de Glace and nearby park. Make sure to ask the hotel to call taxis for easier transportation.

Great spot for group travelers

The location is unbeatable, just a few steps from the main attractions. The staff were super helpful and friendly, especially this one guy who knew so much about the area, he almost doubled as our own personal guide.

The price was on the high side, but still justifiable.

Excellent location and friendly service

I had a fantastic stay with my friends! The location was perfect for exploring Recoleta, with great shopping and dining just a few blocks away. The room was comfortable and had lovely views. The staff were incredibly helpful, always there to assist us with any needs or questions.

The food scene nearby is a dream! I hit up Fervor for some top-notch Argentine steaks and San Juanino Empanadas is a must for delicious bites. Also, the front desk staff were super friendly and the hotel is in a great location for exploring Buenos Aires!

On the flip side, the noise from the street was a downer, and opening the windows led to way too many bugs crashing the vibe. Plus, the dark decor didn’t help the overall cheeriness of the place.

Our stay was fantastic, especially the spacious bathroom and the reliable Wi-Fi. The comfortable beds enhanced our experience. I would definitely return for the amazing views!

Great location, cozy stay!

We stayed for 8 nights and loved the location! It’s in La Recoleta, super safe, and close to so many sights. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delish, especially the in-room options. The bathroom was tiny, though, but we made do with it. Overall, a chill spot for exploring Buenos Aires!

The beds were super comfy, and the lovely guys at reception made checkout a breeze. They even stored our luggage for a few hours after our early checkout—now that's service!

But bless their hearts, the morning noise was so wild, I almost thought I was at a llama convention!
